Cancellation terms

1. RIGHT TO CANCEL

• All participants and project organizer have the right to cancel their participation in the project at any time.

2. REFUND POLICY

• The percentage of the reservation fee returned to the initiator of the cancellation depends on the level of strictness of the cancellation policy chosen by the organizer and the time interval between the cancellation and the project`s start time:

• The remaining part of the reservation fee is credited to the account of the party affected by the cancellation.
• Cancellation by the booked talent results in the remaining reservation fee going to the project organizer.
• Cancellation by the project organizer results in the remaining reservation fees going to respective booked talents

3. RECOMMENDATIONS

• We are strongly recommend canceling the reservation as early as possible if one cannot participate, even if the refund percentage is 0%. This allows the organizer or artists to find replacements or adjust plans.

4. RATING IMPACT

• A talent missing a project (or an organizer not showing up/organizing the project) receives a score of 0/5 in all four primary evaluations, impacting their overall rating.
• A talent canceling participation (or an organizer canceling the project) with 0% refund receives a score of 2/5 in all four primary evaluations, impacting their rating.
• Cancellation with a non-zero refund does not affect the rating.

5. RESCHEDULING

• Projects can only be rescheduled by canceling the existing project and starting a new one.
• This policy is purposely implemented to maintain professionalism and respect for everyone`s time.
• For projects affected by external factors like weather, choosing less strict cancellation terms allows for greater flexibility and lower commitment requirements
